Industry Experience
I started my corporate career as a software developer. I have over 20 years’ experience managing teams and leaders in the functionally diverse and complex world of technology, sharpening my skills as a collaborative and nurturing people leader and coach. My experience spans from small intimate groups to large multi-site international teams.

Interesting Fact
I was a parkrun ambassador setting up and supporting parkruns in my local area, now I focus my time and energy as an event and run director ensuring everyone can participate in a successful and fun parkrun.
