As certified DISC Practitioner, I help my Clients understand their communication styles and how to be more effective in their relationships (both in personal and work settings). Currently working with Head and Exec Head Teachers to become Exec Leaders of Multi-Academy Trusts.

Interesting Fact
My passion is for hiking the ridges and national trails of southern Britain, with a new long-distance challenge each year. Over the last 3 years I’ve walked from Weston-s-Mare to Eastbourne and from Lyme Regis to Ivinghoe Beacon (in legs of 2-3 days each). My next goal is to complete the North Downs Way from Winchester to Dover.
