This can involve work around leadership style, communication, and mindset, particularly at those points of transition: promotion or career change. I also work to support clients that experience imposter-like feelings, working with them to develop alternative mindsets that reflect their best selves.
I am a coach that has also walked the walk – I know what it’s like as a leader to feel the pressure, to have that all important Board engagement, and the responsibility of +50 staff.

Industry Experience
6 years as divisional leader for Natwest Commercial Bank’s Performance Insight team. We created the data-driven insights to drive management action. I personally presented these findings to Alison Rose’s board (ex-CEO of Natwest plc).
10 years with the Financial Services Authority / Financial Conduct Authority, including risk advisor to the Risk MD through the financial crisis.
Strategy consultant for Oil and Gas with Accenture.

Interesting Fact
I spent my teenage years living and studying in Japan, and returned after university for a year to study Japanese at Daiichi University of Economics in Fukuoka.
