Coaching Approach Inspired by Elite Sport and Business
Mark’s coaching approach has been inspired by his studies in high-performance with several elite sporting institutions along with his extensive experiences as a Chartered Accountant working at KPMG and Sky.
Mark has two separate Masters' degrees in Coaching from elite European sports universities, where he has worked with Olympic, World and European champion coaches at:
1. The Real Madrid Postgraduate School, and 2. The Johan Cruyff Institute
Mark also brings his experience of progressing through the UEFA Coaching Licenses with The Football Association of Wales (currently holding the UEFA B and is planning to commence the A license in 2025).
Mark leverages this wealth and breadth of experience for the benefit of his clients' business and personal development needs. Through his clear passion and commitment to his own personal development, he inspires his clients to do the same.
Industry Experience
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and worked for KPMG, auditing companies with annual turnover exceeding £1.2 billion per annum.
Mark has since worked in the commercial finance department at Sky, performing budgets, quarterly reforecasting and LRP monitoring for Sky Studios.
Mark has also coached at Hammersmith Women’s Football Club for two years and the Brentford FC Community Sports Trust.
Mark became a coach to provide a unique offering to clients by combining his experiences from business, finance and high-performing sports teams.

Interesting Fact
I enjoy fishing. My favourite type is fly fishing in the west coast of Ireland for Salmon and Sea Trout.
