I strongly believe that my sole mission is to help, support and make a difference and that has been at the heart of everything I’ve done and still do today. My time working with Manchester council is fondly remembered, supporting young people and adults with mental health issues. I’ve mainly worked with business owners, senior leaders and management teams at all levels. I specialise in business growth, change management and transformation through the development of new cultures, clear vision and a well-defined strategy.
Industry Experience
I have a wealth of business knowledge having worked across various private and public sector organisations. With 10 years at Manchester City Council and 5 years in digital marketing at operations level. I come with a wealth of knowledge in performance improvement, building teams, leadership development and change management I have been involved in business in one way or another over the last 30 years and have owned and run a number of small businesses in the past. Having owned and run a very successful Recruitment agency, being a landlord running a small property management company and more recently running my own coaching company, I bring a wealth of experiential knowledge to my business practice.
